Celebration of Femininity with a relaxing Sauna and tranquil Dip – Scottish Borders

I ran an intro session with Cedar Hus Sauna at their base at Bewliehill Farm last week

And oh my gosh I was blown away by the peace and tranquillity of the setting.

The barley gently blowing in the breeze, the bees buzzing in the wildflowers, the gently ripple of water flowing through the Ale Water and the warmth of the sauna.

And thought – this lends itself so perfectly to a little celebration of being women.

I can’t express just how perfect this experience will be.
