I’m Lynda — usually found somewhere near water, either in the water or wrapped in post swim layers, encouraging people to take that first step in safely. I came to cold water myself looking for a bit of space and clarity… and found so much more than I expected. I’m also a qualified cold water dip guide and focused on safety.
