So I wanted to open the door a little wider.
 
If you’ve been curious about cold water dipping, whether it’s for your mental wellbeing, to help manage aches and pains, or simply because something about it calls to you, you’re in the right place.
 
This space is for the “I’m not sure but I’d like to try” people.
 
I see time and time again the difference it can make. Not overnight miracles, but beautiful and powerful shifts with clearer minds and calmer bodies. A sense of achievement that carries into everyday life.
 
I’m Lynda — usually found somewhere near water, either in the water or wrapped in post swim layers, encouraging people to take that first step in safely. I came to cold water myself looking for a bit of space and clarity… and found so much more than I expected. I’m also a qualified cold water dip guide and focused on safety.
