🍂November : Stillness

November’s theme, Stillness, invites us to slow the pace and notice what happens when we stop rushing towards the next thing.

As the landscape quietens and the water cools, we’ll take our dip with a little more awareness — noticing our breath, the sensations of the water and the world around us.

Afterwards, we’ll gather to create simple clay nature impressions, using fallen leaves, seed heads, bark and other treasures from the landscape. No artistic skill needed — just curiosity and a willingness to play.

We’ll take a few moments to reflect too. What becomes clearer when you give yourself permission to pause? What might you hear when life gets a little quieter?

With the warm, grounding scent of cedarwood and orange, we’ll settle into the slower rhythm of late autumn.

This is a morning about pausing.
About noticing.
About discovering that sometimes the quiet moments give us exactly what we need.

No art experience needed, just a willingness to connect — with nature, with others, and with yourself.
